Our first technical run was the first steps of our Conveyance Bot. We had our issue at first where it won’t actually move and inch but we got to fix to it by adjusting the weight and the height of the wheels at the same time. Not only we got to see it run but also rotated it self not just a 360 degrees but a 1080 degrees. The way we fixed it is to use a code where we will delay it into a certain time; That way it will be enough to rotate into 90 degrees or 180 degrees
The second technical run was to let the Conveyance Bot track the line. That way it can actually follow a certain path and only stick to a certain color which is the white line. There are some issues where it would still run even if the Bot goes over the line but we got to fix it by putting the sensors ahead.
The third test was all about the changing of direction. We applied the RFID Cards along every intersection on pathway of the Conveyance Bot. We identified each RFID Card by attaching a tape and labelling them. The data is being extracted at the card in order for the Conveyance Bot to recognize on which direction should it follow or change it’s perspective.
The last test where we got to fix the Conveyance Bot’s direction after it’s delivery. We just coded it where all the data that has been gather will be reversed; Instead of going right, it will go left. There will be a receiving and sending data all through out of the journey of the Conveyance Bot itself.
